01.什么是众筹?
广义的众筹也许指的是捐款模式，可以为活动、出版、任务实现、产品实现、等筹款。
我们所认知的众筹指的是捐款模式的产品营销。其本意是创新者开发了产品，没有资金进一部的开发或者生产，所以先上众筹平台进行筹钱（被 捐款），达到众筹金额后，由平台打款给到创新者，进行下一步的生产及交货。

海外众筹指的是在中国境外的众筹平台发起的众筹项目。全球有100多个众筹平台，和创新产品关联或者说认知度高的有：针对全球区域市场的：kickstarter，indiegogo

KS众筹只向25个国家（区域）开放，只有对应区域的企业或个人，才有资格发起。美国、 香港、英国、加拿大、澳大利亚、新西兰、荷兰、丹麦、爱尔兰、挪威、瑞典、德国、法国、西班牙、意大利、奥地利、比利时、瑞士、卢森堡、新加坡、墨西哥、日本、波兰、希腊和斯洛文尼亚。其他国家个人认为可能是外币金融或者政府信任等事项。

07.KS申请项目前要准备什么资料？
必备三大件：个人护照或者身份证（25个国家区域），对应区域企业及对应企业的当地实体银行账号。
What is the process of KS crowdfunding?
Open the backend and fill in the content required by KS, including title, video, poster, promotional story, qualifications, etc. After completion, submit the project to KS, and KS will conduct manual review. After the review is passed, you can initiate crowdfunding.
What are the product requirements of KS?
KS's products must be global innovative products that have not been sold on any global platform or offline channel. The scope of innovation includes: appearance, function, size, chip replacement, etc.
Is there a time limit for KS crowdfunding?
Yes, the KS backend currently requires your project to select a time within 1 day to 60 days. Once the time is selected before the official launch, it cannot be changed.
What is the purpose of crowdfunding?
Generally, we divide the things that crowdfunding can achieve into four categories, namely, brand promotion, product pre-sale, B-side customer recruitment and gaining fans (improvement feedback).

一般为3个月左右，分别是统筹期，进行策划和素材准备，上线运营30天，等款到的30天及同时发货生产。
16.众筹文案如何书写？
